      Information on the processing of personal data

      In accordance with Article 13 of the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on the protection of personal data No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), we would like to inform you that your personal data, ie name and surname, age category, email, telephone number and possibly your institution (optional), we register for the purpose of informing about the event of the Institute of Physics and attendance statistics.

      The above-mentioned data will be processed for the duration of events organized by the Institute of Physics for the public in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) Order by the administrator of personal data: Physical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, v. v. i., IČO: 68378271. Personal data will not be provided to third parties.

      In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: (i) to access personal data, (ii) to correct or supplement inaccurate or false personal data, (iii) to delete personal data, if the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes, for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if you find out that they were processed illegally, (iv) to limit the processing of personal data in special cases (v) to data portability and (vi) to object to the processing and (vii) to file a complaint at the Office for Personal Data Protection.

      We would like to inform visitors that photographs or videos may be taken at the events for the purpose of promoting and informing about the progress of the event on the website, social pages and other official communication channels of the FZU. If you do not want to be scanned, contact the event organizer at the entrance or gdpr@fzu.cz.
